Acuite has a simplified version of the health and safety event form, which makes entering an event a quick and easy process. The form can be customised, to allow fields to be hidden so that the form is a short and quick as possible to fill out.
What does the form look like?
Select the event type and the project name:
and the rest of the form will appear.
Features of the light form include:
Customisable fields - the form can be customised to see a limited set of fields
All projects - events can be logged for all projects
Visible by "Light" users - Users can be set up so they only see the health and safety form - no other dashboards. They will be able to log events on any project.
Visible by users with portfolio view - Users who can see the portfolio view can use the light form from the portfolio dashboard. They can also use the original health and safety event form from the health and safety dashboard.
Limited event types - It is possible to set up the light incident form to show a limited set of event types, eg: only low severity events.
Who can see the Light Health and Safety form?
Anyone who has been set up as a "Light" user. See this article for instructions on setting up light users. This is ALL they will see when they log into Acuite
