Acuite has integrations with a number of systems such as Procore, Assura, Aconex Field and CMO Compliance to import health and safety events into Acuite.  

When the integration is set up in Acuite, the events from the source system (Procore / Assura) are mapped into incident types in Acuite.  

Events are extracted from the system and sent to Acuite at regular intervals throughout the day.  

Updates to incidents and observations:  
When an integration is set up to import data into Acuite, any changes to the events  must be done within the source system.  This includes adding comments and closing out events.  If you make the changes directly in Acuite, they will not be sent back to the source system.
