Contacts vs Users

Contacts can be added into Acuite manually or imported via an integration. A contact will appear in the company directory in Acuite (System Settings > Companies or Project Settings > Companies) and will be not be a user of Acuite.

To set a contact up as a user, you will need to assign a Role (or permission group), add their email address and send out a login invitation. Details are outlined here:
