Users can be added into Acuite by the following methods:
Via an integration from another system (eg, Aconex, IPM, Procore etc).
Loaded directly into Acuite. See instructions for this below:
LOADING THE PERSON INTO ACUITE DIRECTLY:
From the project dashboard, click on the Project Settings menu, Companies button.
Select the company name and click on the arrow on the right hand side.
Scroll down to the "Include More People" section at the bottom. Click on the +Add Existing Person to copy the person from the licence level (if they are in the list). If there are no additional users in the licence level, you won't see the + Add Existing Person button.
If the person's name doesn't appear in the list, click the + Add Person button.
Enter the person's details. If the person is a new user, add a permission group under Roles
Click "Invite to Acuite (send password email)".
Press Save and the person will be sent a welcome email, prompting them to set a password.
