Users can be added to new projects manually or via an integration.

Add Users to a Project via an Integration

If contacts and project details are being imported into Acuite via an integration with another system (eg, IPM, Aconex, Procore etc), the person needs to be added into the other system (eg, IPM) and it will loaded into Acuite automatically, within an hour or so.

Add Users to a Project Manually

  1. Go to the Project Settings, Companies menu.  

Search for the company name and expand it with the arrow on the right.

Click on + Add Existing Person

Select the person from the list and click OK.

You should now see the person's name under the company.  When the user logs in they should see that project in the dropdown list.
