Sub-contractors and consultants can be added into Acuite by the following methods:

  1. Added via an integration from another system (eg, Aconex, IPM, Procore etc).

  2. Loaded directly into Acuite.  Click here for instructions.

STEPS:

  1. Are you are loading project contacts via an integration or manually?

Click on the ... More Actions menu on the top right hand side of the project dashboard and select Show Data Sources.

You'll be able to see where the Contacts come from (eg, IPM, in the example below).

LOADING THE COMPANY VIA AN INTEGRATION:

The new company and contact person needs to be added into the other system (eg, IPM) and it will loaded into Acuite automatically, within an hour or so.

3. Check the company has been loaded into Acuite (see Project Settings, Companies).

  • Select the company name and click on the arrow on the right hand side.

You should see any contact names listed under the company name.

** NOTE:  Companies are set up in the System Settings menu or the Project Settings menu.   If the company &/ person has been added via an integration, and the Project Details are also being imported via an integration, the company & person should automatically be added to the project.   Contact us if you are unsure.
