After setting up the required competencies for a company, the next step is for individuals or companies to upload their certifications or documentation. This can be done at the licence level (System Settings > Companies) as well as the project level directly (Project Settings > Companies).
Capture your own competency records
Click on your name, then Profile
Click Competency Details
Click Edit Details
Enter all relevant details for this competency, including Qualification Name, Issuing Body, Expiry Date, and any other pertinent information.
Click Add images or documents to attach a competency record file.
Once finished, click Save Changes
Capture competency records on behalf of a user
The below example is perform at the licence level.
At the licence level, click System Settings
Click Companies
Search for the company you are interested in
Click the arrow to display the company users
Click Edit next to the desired user
Click the Competencies tab. If you’ve already assigned a competency, it will be listed.
Click Add Details next to the desired competency
Enter all relevant details for this competency, including Qualification Name, Issuing Body, Expiry Date, and any other pertinent information.
Click Add images or documents to attach a competency record file.
Once finished, click Save Changes
