Add a competency

  1. At the licence level, click System Settings

  2. Click Competency Requirements

  3. Click + Add Competency Requirements

  4. Enter the name of the competency (e.g. First Aid Certification)

  5. Click anywhere outside the field to save your changes.

Add a sub-competency

  1. Click the Add icon next to the competency to add a new one

  2. Enter the name of the sub-competency (e.g. HLTAID010 - Emergency Life Support (Level 1), HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid (Level 2))

  3. Click anywhere outside the field to save your changes

Edit a competency or a sub-competency

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the competency or sub-competency you want to modify

  2. Click anywhere outside the field to save your changes

Delete a competency

  1. Click the Bin icon next to the competency or sub-competency you want to delete

IMPORTANT: Deleting a competency will remove all related Sub-Competency Requirements and any assignments to Trades or Companies.​
