Acuite Program/Schedule reporting & dashboards capabilities are designed to be friendly guides in your program/schedule journey. It allows you to import critical dates from your MS Project or Oracle Primavera P6 file directly into Acuite. Then, it summarizes key project dates, including critical path tasks, and helps you mitigate risks by providing a quick overview of any upcoming delays.

Here's a deeper look at what some of our key feature offers:

Manage Contract & Target Program/Schedule

Manage both contract and target programs easily, enabling you to track and oversee each program’s progress efficiently. This streamlined approach helps ensure that all aspects of your projects are monitored and managed effectively.

Compare Progress to Baseline(s)

Compare progress to program baselines to evaluate how current performance aligns with your original plans. This comparison helps in identifying deviations and making informed adjustments to keep the project on track. You can set up multiple baselines.

Tasks/Activities & Milestones

Review your upcoming tasks, activities, and milestones to anticipate any potential issues. You can also produce delay reports to identify and address delays proactively, allowing you to take corrective actions before they affect your project’s timeline and overall success.

Critical Path Analysis

Analyze your critical path tasks and activities to quickly identify variances and take the appropriate actions to address any issues. This helps ensure that your project stays on track and any disruptions are managed effectively.

Selective Sync using the Acuite Plan Types

The Acuite Plan Types feature allows you to tag one or multiple tasks or activities. This tagging enables you to filter and analyze tasks easily, such as Key Milestones, Client Requirements, Design, Procurement, and more. This streamlined approach helps you manage and review specific aspects of your project more effectively.
