As a Company Administrator in Acuite, you are responsible for:
Managing System Settings: Configure and manage system settings for your organization.
User Roles and Permissions: Assign and manage user roles and permissions.
Data Integrations: Understand which external systems are integrated with Acuite.
Organizational Processes: Know how your organization’s processes align with Acuite, whether you're logging defects manually or importing them from another system.
Competency Management: You may also manage competencies as the "Office Admin," though this role could be assigned to someone else.
Access: Ensure you have access to System Settings, Project Settings, and all projects under your organization's Acuite license.
These tasks help maintain Acuite’s effectiveness within your organization.
