Conducting regular and thorough Risks & Opportunities (R&O) assessments is essential for project managers to make informed decisions. Acuite's R&O reporting and dashboard capabilities are designed to guide you effectively through your risk management journey.

Here's a deeper look at what some of our key feature offers:

Customisable R&O Register

Capture and maintain a customized R&O register with Acuite. You can easily configure your Risk and Opportunity form to match your project or company requirements, whether you need it to be simple or more detailed.

Acuite-based and/or integration-based (ERP, Excel, etc.)

Your risks and opportunities can be automatically captured from your ERP (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac), Excel via our customized integration, or directly within Acuite. In any case, you can streamline your R&O process to ensure that all critical information is captured and managed effectively.

Note: Your ERP may not capture all the necessary information. This is where Acuite comes in. By customizing your Risk or Opportunity form, you can capture additional details for more precise financial reviews and reporting.

Custom Risk Assessment Matrices

Easily perform risk assessments using likelihood and impact ratings, integrated with project controls and budgeting. You can create categories to organize your risks and opportunities (e.g., General, HSE, Quality, Cost, Weather) and apply custom risk matrices at the category level for greater precision.

Simpler Risk Analysis, Precise Risk Management

Confidently evaluate and mitigate risks through data analysis by category, risk rating, risk owner, and more. Strategically focus treatment efforts to maximize cost and time savings.

Protect your portfolio margin

Make quick, informed decisions across projects with all risk registers digital, centralized, and automatically aggregated in real-time and start protecting your margin. You can apply R&O adjustements as well if required.
