Acuite offers several easy methods to export your dashboards to PDF.

To export a project dashboard from a specific module, such as the Defects dashboard in the Quality module, click on More Actions and choose Export Dashboards.

The PDF format is selected by default. Click Export Dashboard to begin the generation process.

The report generation process runs asynchronously, so it will continue in the background. You’ll be notified when it’s ready. Click OK to proceed.

In the top right corner, next to the bell icon, a number will display your unread notifications for reports. Click the bell icon to view the report list, then select the "Click here to download your dashboard(s)" link next to the desired report to download it.

Once downloaded, your report should look like this:

To export multiple project dashboards, ensure you are viewing a dashboard under Project Dashboard (e.g., the Project Summary dashboard). Click More Actions and select Export Dashboards.

You will see a list of all available project dashboards across the modules you have access to. Select the dashboards you want to export. You can choose to have each dashboard exported as a separate PDF file (all saved in a ZIP folder) or merge them into a single PDF file. Click Export Dashboard(s) once ready.

Once you have selected your divisional view, click on a dashboard, then More Actions and select Export Dashboards. You will see a list of all available divisional dashboards across the modules you have access to. Select the dashboards you want to export. You can choose to have each dashboard exported as a separate PDF file (all saved in a ZIP folder) or merge them into a single PDF file. Click Export Dashboard(s) once ready.
