IMPORTANT: Dashboards can vary from client to client. The examples showcased here may differ significantly from what your organization has set up.

Acuite organizes dashboards into three (3) levels:

  1. Company: Shows aggregated projects data.

  2. Divisional: Shows aggregated projects data grouped by specific themes (e.g., by state, by project type, by company, etc.).

  3. Project: Shows data specific to individual projects.

Depending on your assigned permissions, your landing dashboard may be at the company, divisional, or project level.

Company-level dashboard

A company-level dashboard provides a high-level overview of project performance by displaying aggregated project data. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to financials, quality, safety, and program metrics can be set up, along with performance traffic lights to quickly identify projects that require urgent attention.

Divisional-level dashboard

A divisional-level dashboard allow you to view aggregated data for a selected set of projects. They can be customized according to your company's needs, such as by country, state, project type, division, sub-company, etc.

To access a divisional-level dashboard, click on "Divisions" (note: this label may vary based on your setup) to display the available divisional-level dashboards. Then, click on the desired division, such as "Evolution QLD," to view the related divisional dashboards.

Click on one of the dashboards you have access to, which will display data related to the projects in that particular division. For example, we clicked on "Summary (BS)" to view a dashboard designed to display the balance sheets of all related projects.

Project-level dashboard

A project-level dashboard is the lowest level of data you can access to. Its layout and the data display can differ from a company and/or a divisional dashboards.

No matter what your landing dashboard is, to access a project dashboard, click the arrow here:

You will see a list of projects or divisions you have access to. Use the search bar to quickly find the project you are interested in, then click on it to view your project dashboard.

IMPORTANT: If you don't see a project you are supposed to have access to, please contact one of your Acuite administrators.

To return to a Company or Divisional-level view, click the Acuite logo in the top left corner. If you only have access to individual projects, clicking the Acuite logo will take you back to the dashboard of your default project.
