To delete a health and safety category from within Acuite, go to the System Settings > Health Safety Form Settings menu and select Categories.

You'll see a list of health and safety categories. If there is an active category (such as a duplicate) that you want to delete, you will need to expand the by clicking on the arrow on the right.

Click on the trash can icon to delete the category.

At this point you will be asked to select another category to map any events to. This will ensure that all health and safety events that have the deleted category associated with them, will be assigned to another category.

Then click Remap.

You'll be taken back to the list of categories. You'll see the deleted category remains. Click the trash can icon next to the category to delete it.
