Health and Safety incidents are automatically saved every 30 seconds as you are entering them.

If you decide that you want to delete an event form (eg, a duplicate event) you will need to go back to the Health and Safety Events dashboard to delete it.

1. Go to the HSE menu and click on Events.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the list of Site Events (Incidents and Observations).

3. Select the event form that you want to delete and click on the trash can icon on the right hand side.

Click OK on the pop-up message "Are you sure you wish to delete this incident?". The incident will then be deleted from the list.
