Acuite has already built a number of integrations with 3rd party systems which are available to all Acuite customers. These integrations can, in general, be activated by Acuite users without any intervention by Acuite support staff, however each integration may have specific requirements that must be met before being used.

SIGNONSITE

Requirements:

  • You must have an active SignOnSite account

  • You must have an API key. This key can be requested from your SignOnSite representative

Initial Setup:

  • The integration needs to be enabled in Acuite under System Settings -> Integrations

  • Once enabled, click ‘Configure’ to open the configuration settings for the integration

  • Enter your API Key in the box provided

  • Click ‘Test Connection’ to ensure that the details are correct and that we can connect to SignOnSite on your behalf

  • Click ‘Save’

  • At this point you have established a connection with SignOnSite and can configure individual projects or integration options

Project Setup:

  • The integration needs to be enabled for projects individually, under Project Settings -> Integrations

  • Once enabled, click 'Configure' to open the configuration settings for the integration

  • Provided you have saved the API key in the Initial Setup steps above, you do not need to enter it again for each project. Otherwise you may need to enter the key in the box provided

  • Switch to the 'Sync Options' tab and click 'Load Projects' to connect to SignOnSite and populate the list of available projects

  • Choose an option from the dropdown to link the Acuite project with the SignOnSite project

  • At least one Sync Option must be selected, such as Project Hours

  • At this stage you can click Save and the integration will start running.

Data pulled into Acuite:

  • Project hours

  • Induction and visitor status

Data pushed into SignOnSite:
Not currently supported
