Now you can upload PDF documents into your audit questions.  You might want to upload inspection documents, health and safety documentation and supporting documentation into your audit questions.

Go to the audit question and select compliant / not compliant.

Click the Add Details button to add any relevant details. If you have selected not compliant, a comment box will appear.

Then add any relevant documentation by clicking the Add Documents or Photos button.

It will upload a copy of the document into the audit, which will be attached when the audit is emailed out.
