Track your RFI's with consultants

The Relationships and Stakeholders Status page gives you a snapshot of how your consultants and sub-contractors are  responding to your queries over time.  The dashboard may be called the RFI Status dashboard or may have a slightly different name if your dashboards have been customised for your organisation.

The Acuite dashboard does not replace your document management system, but it integrates data from your existing system and allows you to see all of the information in one place, and allows you to easily identify bottlenecks.

To view the Relationships dashboard, click on Relationships, RFI Status.

The RFI page gives you an overview of the RFI's sent and received on your project.

RFI's can be loaded directly into Acuite via CSV upload or, more commonly, sync'ed with a document management system that you are using on your project such as Aconex, Procore, IPM and other systems.   The data integration is set up when the project is loaded into Acuite.  If there is no data on the page, contact your system administrator to set it up.

If RFI's are sync'ed to your document management system, the RFI's will be loaded on this page automatically at regular intervals throughout the day.

Features:

  • A summary of RFI's sent, closed out and average time to close.

  • Graphs showing RFI's to date and in progress.

  • You can filter on RFI's sent to a consultant/sub-contractor with the filter at the top of the page.  This can be useful for talking to consultants about ongoing/overdue queries.

eg: the dashboard has been filtered by Winter Consultants.  You can see that 78% of RFI's have been closed out late (after the due date, as per your document management system).    Average close out is 55 days.

NOTE:  close out date refers to date the RFI is closed, not the response date.

Scroll down the page to see a summary of in progress queries, and a list of RFI's and current status.  These are listed in order of most overdue.

  • You can also view a graph of RFI's submitted per day, or a cumulative total.

  • The page defaults to RFI's sent by the main contractor, but you can also filter on RFI's received, and RFI's sent and received.
