Explore how to add, delete, duplicate and copy widgets across dashboards

Add a widget

  1. Select the dashboard you want to add widgets on

  2. Click More Actions

  3. Click Edit Dashboard

  4. Click Add Widget

  5. Click on a specific KPI or type a keyword to refine your widget search

  6. Browse through our list of predefined widgets, each labelled with a name, a visual preview, and a description that explains its purpose.

  7. Once ready, click Select next to your chosen widget and begin configuring it.

  8. Once configured, click Add widget

  9. If there are no more widgets to configure, click Save Dashboard to apply your changes

Delete a widget

If you no longer need a specific widget on your dashboard, you can easily delete it.

  1. Select the dashboard you want to delete widgets on

  2. Click More Actions

  3. Click Edit Dashboard

  4. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the widget you want to delete

  5. Click Delete widget

  6. Click Ok on the confirmation message

  7. If there are no more widgets to configure, click Save Dashboard to apply your changes

Duplicate a widget

If you have a configured widget you'd like to reuse for another data type, you don’t have to start from scratch. The duplicate feature can save you a lot of time.

  1. Select the dashboard you want to duplicate the widget from

  2. Click More Actions

  3. Click Edit Dashboard

  4. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the widget you want to duplicate

  5. Click Duplicate widget


  6. The widget will be duplicated on the same dashboard so you can configure it,

  7. Once configured, click Add widget

  8. If there are no more widgets to configure, click Save Dashboard to apply your changes


Copy a widget across dashboards

If you have a configured widget you'd like to use on another dashboard, you don’t need to start from scratch. You can simply copy the widget and paste it onto the desired dashboard.

  1. Select the source dashboard you want to copy the widget from

  2. Click More Actions

  3. Click Edit Dashboard

  4. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the widget you want to copy across

  5. Click Copy widget

  6. Select the target dashboard you want to paste the widget to

  7. Click More Actions

  8. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the More Actions button

  9. Click Paste dashboard widgets

  10. The widget will be pasted on the target dashboard so you can reconfigure it (if needed)

  11. If you decided to reconfigured it, click Add widget upon completion

  12. If there are no more widgets to configure, click Save Dashboard to apply your changes


Copy all widgets across dashboards

If you need to create a new dashboard similar to an existing one but with some adjustments, you don’t have to start from scratch. You can copy all the widgets from the existing dashboard, paste them into your new dashboard, and make the necessary modifications to meet your needs (e.g. delete, edit, etc.).

  1. Select the source dashboard you want to copy

  2. Click More Actions

  3. Click Edit Dashboard

  4. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the More Actions button

  5. Click Copy dashboard widgets


  6. Select the target dashboard you want to paste the widgets to

  7. Click More Actions

  8. Click the three dots (more actions) next to the More Actions button

  9. Click Copy dashboard widgets

  10. The widgets will be pasted on the target dashboard so you can reconfigure them (if needed)

  11. If there are no more widgets to configure, click Save Dashboard to apply your changes
