If a user enters their password incorrectly multiple times, their Acuite account will be locked. To regain access, the account must be manually unlocked by one of your Acuite Company Administrators.
To unlock the account, follow these steps:
Go to the System Settings menu and select "Companies."
Locate the relevant company in the list and click the arrow on the right to expand it.
Locate the user's name and click the "Edit" button.
Next, click the "Unlock User" button and then the "Re-send Password" email button (assuming the account was locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts).
Finally, click "Save." This action will unlock the account and send an email prompting the user to set a new password.
