Once an audit has been completed and locked you may have some questions which were answered as non-compliant. As these questions get resolved you will want to change their status

Non-compliant questions for all audits on the project are shown in the "Open Questions" section on the audit dashboard.

1. From this list you can select a question and make notes on the status by entering details in the comments box, or once the questions has been resolved click on "Resolve" which will close out the question.

You can see details of the audit question by clicking on the comments field under the text box.

To find your non-compliant questions you can also go back into the audit. Scroll down the page to "Audits", and click on the audit you want to resolve questions in. A locked audit shows the padlock icon. The number under "Open Questions" indicates the number of non-compliant questions in the audit that haven't been resolved.

You will noticed that the "Current Compliance" is 94%.

2. Click on the audit name to go back into the audit.

3. Once in the audit you can filter the questions by "Non-Compliant" or "No" at the top to show all non-compliant questions and resolve them from here.

4. Add in any comments and click "Resolve" to close out the question. You may wish to add a photo of the resolved issue. Once you have clicked the Resolve button, the status of the question will change to compliant.

5. Once all questions have been resolved click "Close" and you will be taken back to the audit dashboard. You will notice that the original compliance rate is still 94% but the current compliance is 100%, which indicates that all questions on the latest audit have been closed out.

6. If you scroll down to the audit list you will notice that the current compliance is now 100% and there are 0 open questions.
