Open Chrome on your phone.

Tap the three dots menu (Android) or more options (⋯) on iOS (bottom-right corner).

Select Settings.

Scroll down and tap on Privacy and Security.

Tap Clear browsing data.

Select the Time range (e.g., "All time" to clear everything).

Tap Site Settings (instead of directly clearing all data).

Select All sites, then use the search bar at the top to search for "Acuite".

Tap Acuite and select Clear & reset.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Scroll down and tap Safari.

Tap Advanced.

Tap Website Data.

Use the search bar at the top to search for "Acuite".

Swipe left on Acuite and tap Delete to remove just the cookies for that site.

Open Firefox on your phone.

Tap the three lines menu (Android) or hamburger menu (≡) on iOS.

Go to Settings.

Scroll down to Privacy and Security and tap Manage Data or Cookies and Site Data (depending on the version).

Use the search bar to search for "Acuite".

Tap Acuite and choose Clear data.
