Acuite

We aim to make using Acuite easy, but sometimes problems occur. If you’re having trouble logging in, try clearing your cookies. The steps below are for Chrome, but other browsers like Edge or Firefox follow a similar process.

While logged into Acuite, click the Settings icon in the URL bar, then select "Cookies and site data."

Then, click 'Manage cookies and site data'

Click the delete icon next to any cookies labelled 'acuite.io,' then click 'Done.'

Reload the page. This should bring up the login screen, allowing you to sign back into Acuite without any remaining issues.
