What is the Action Centre?

Depending on your permissions, it is possible to assign tasks (also called actions) to specific Acuite users for every widget in the platform. These tasks must be linked to a specific Acuite module (also known as a KPI), such as HSE, Quality, etc.

A dedicated widget called 'Action Centre' enables you to quickly view all open tasks assigned to you. This widget can be added to company, divisional, and/or project dashboards.

IMPORTANT: The Action Centre will also list all the open tasks related to the Acuite HSE modules (open incident, open questions within an inspection...)

As shown below, you can view your own open tasks (or actions) but also those assigned to your organization.

How to use the Action Centre?

The Acuite modules (or KPIs) are sorted by the highest number of open tasks (or actions).

Click on the desired Acuite module to open the corresponding list of open tasks.

In this HSE example, when you filter by "My Actions," you'll see any incidents you've logged that are still open, as well as any incidents where actions are assigned to you (in the Further Action Assignees section of the incident form). You'll also see non-compliant audit questions assigned to you or your company.

Keep drilling down until you reach the open incident or audit question. Click on the item to open it in a new window, where you can resolve or close out the incident or audit question.

  • Open Incident

  • Open (non-compliant) inspection question:
