How to reach out to an Acuite HelpDesk member?

If you have any questions or need assistance while using Acuite, simply click the Chat button in the bottom right corner.

A chat window will open. Click on 'Send us a message' and type your message into the box.

Once finished, click the Blue arrow to send your message. An Acuite HelpDesk team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
