How do I create a 5 minute Express Project Report?

In Acuite, you can quickly create project reports to get an overview of the health of your project. There are two types of reports - the Express report and the Overview report.

The Express report is a high level, summary report that extracts all project data and displays it on one A3 page, at the click of a button. This report is not customisable. If you want a more detailed report that you can customise with text and photos, use the Overview Report. [For instructions on how to create an Overview Report, click here].

CREATING AN EXPRESS REPORT

1. Click on the Reports heading on the left hand menu and select Express Report.

A box will pop up with your email address listed as a default. If you want to email the report to anyone else, click on the text box and a list of additional project team members will appear in a dropdown list. You can also type email addresses into the text box, if they are not included in the list.

The report will be emailed to you within a few minutes.
