Logging into Acuite

Logging in to Acuite either with a password or via Single Sign On (SSO)

To log into Acuite, go to https://app.acuite.io/

There are two ways that you can log in to Acuite: either with a password (aka Acuite authentication) or via Single Sign On (SSO). The choice here will be decided by your company admins.

In both cases you start with your email address. Once this has been entered, we will provide the appropriate next steps for either a password or for SSO.

If you are configured to log in with Acuite authentication:

You will be asked to enter a password in order to log in.

If you forget your password, click on the Forgot your password? link. This will start a process which will result in you receiving an email - following the instructions in that email will allow you to set a new password.

If you have logged in a few times incorrectly, you will be locked out of the system. Contact your system administrator to get your account unlocked. See this article for instructions on how anyone with Admin rights can do this! Alternatively, send us a message and we can do this for you too.

If you are configured to log in via SSO:

You will be prompted to log in via the configured Identity Provider that your organisation uses (e.g. Azure Active Directory, aka Microsoft Entra ID).
